Once a project has been started — meaning our team has begun work on your document or allocated expert resources — no refund will be issued under any circumstances. The reason: Our services involve intellectual effort, time investment, and expert contribution that cannot be reversed once started.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following specific condition:
• If the client has made a payment but no document or service (for the specific project, pages, or word count purchased) has been received or delivered by Infinity Edit within the agreed timeline.
In such a case: • The client must provide proof of payment and no delivery (email confirmation, order ID, or invoice).
• Our team will verify the claim and, upon validation, initiate a full refund for the undelivered portion within 7–10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
• Once editing, proofreading, or writing work has started or completed.
• If the client fails to provide the required documents, references, or information necessary to complete the work.
• If the delay occurs due to client-side communication gaps or incomplete submissions.
• Subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., style preferences or opinions) after delivery, since our services are intellectual and customized in nature.
• Services already marked as delivered or partially delivered.

4. Revision & Correction Policy

If you are not satisfied with the work quality, you are entitled to:
• One free revision within 7 days of delivery, provided the revision request aligns with the original scope of work.
• Additional or major changes beyond the initial scope will be treated as a new project and billed separately.
